fastframe™ is the commercial timber frame division of Welsh timber construction group, Benfield ATT.Designed to deliver a complete construction partnership to builders, developers, architects and other construction professionals, fast.
Based in South Wales our privately-owned Off-Site Production facility provides us with the capacity to design and develop cost effective high quality timber frame solutions for all your construction projects.
The Group has manufactured and built 1000’s of homes since it was first set up in 1995 and boasts an impressive portfolio of Village Halls, Community Centres, Offices, Flats, Schools, Care Homes and other Commercial Buildings.In fact our ability and willingness to take on eco-friendly, unusual and challenging projects has not only heightened our reputation for delivering complex engineering solutions, ut also means that that our client base continue to come back.
As part of the Benfield ATT Group, fastframe™ is a company built on expertise and experience.Managing Director Professor Michael Benfield, is one of the UK’s leading authorities on sustainable construction.His experience in the construction industry enables fastframe™ technical team to fully understand the barriers presented in the construction industry and help you embrace them.
Partnering with fastframe™ means you will be working with the timber frame experts.Our Off-Site Production teams are monitored to vigorous international quality assurance standards.Regular spot inspections (and even weekly calibration of tape measures) ensure a dimensional accuracy of +/- 1mm and all of our production-based carpenters are either qualified in – or engaged on – our in-house training programmes.Our factory workforce is highly-motivated and multi-skilled in the manufacture of complex and unusual panels, glulams, roof trusses, open-cell SIP’s, cassette roofs and floors, and insulation types, just to name a few.
The fastframe™ systems team are proud to be the reliable backbone to our client projects; we deliver first time, every time.We are proud of our reputation of seeing EVERY project we are engaged on through to client signoff, meaning that we are always able to deliver our client projects within the required timeframe, typically working on an 8-12 week lead-time, depending on the size of the project.With a national network of experienced erectors fastframe™ can also supply and erect the structures to wind and watertight stage.
