It is our policy to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems work for all employees, and to provide such information, training and supervision as they need for this purpose.

The House Builder's Federation shares our vision of a construction sector that provides a built environment, which is:

The company also accepts responsibility for the health & safety of other people who may be affected by our activities. The allocation of duties for safety matters and the particular arrangements which they will make to implement the policy are set out for employees in the internal document 'Company Policy Statements'.
The Internal document and associated policies will be kept up to date, particularly as the business changes in nature and size. To ensure this, the policy and the way in which it has operated will be reviewed on an annual basis.
