24 – 48 hour turnaround
If you need a price in really quick time, this can often be done in between 24 and 48 hours (if you let us know and weekends excepted). This would apply to a fairly straightforward house, small housing development, block of flats, etc. and for reasonably standard specifications. Obviously the larger, mire complex and specialised your requirements are, the greater will be the time needed, but by discussing this with us we can usually help you reduce the need to ‘guesstimate’ your price to the minimum.
